Drawing on its technical strength and extensive experience in intelligent power distribution, the Wenzhou branch of Shanghai Zikai Electric Co., Ltd. provided a complete set of integrated primary and secondary outdoor switchgear equipment for the project, and successfully completed the 10kV system type test and on-site commissioning, helping Xi'an Wanda build a safe, efficient, and low-carbon energy supply system.

Breakthrough in primary and secondary deep fusion technology
By adopting intelligent sensing + digital twin technology, the secondary equipment (such as protection devices and communication terminals) of traditional outdoor switchgear are deeply integrated with the primary equipment (such as circuit breakers and disconnectors), realizing real-time perception of equipment status, intelligent fault diagnosis and remote control.
Through the IEC 61850 protocol, it supports seamless connection with the Xi'an power grid dispatching system, improving the intelligence level of the regional power grid.

High reliability and environmental adaptability
The equipment has passed IP67 protection certification and can withstand the sandstorms, high and low temperatures in the northwest region. The life of key components has been extended to more than 20 years.
The use of vacuum circuit breaker + SF6 gas insulation technology ensures stable operation in extreme climates and reduces the failure rate by 50% (data example).

Smart testing and energy efficiency optimization
The company completed a 72-hour full-load test, short-circuit withstand test and communication stability test, and all indicators exceeded the State Grid standards.
